The Aire Catchment Network brings together a wide range of groups, individuals and organistions to identify problems in our catchment, develop projects to address them and seek funding for those projects.
We are concerned with all aspects of the catchment, from water quality, through flooding, agriculture, education and engagement, recreation etc. Basically, if the activity affects the quality of the catchment, we are interested.
We like to keep our partners informed, and so we produce an occasional newsletter containing items of interest to the network. You can sign up for free by clicking the following button and providing a few details that will help us keep the content relevant to you.
We are currently working to update the Catchment Plan which will guide our activity over the coming years. This is a critical piece of work for us and will contribute to the current revision of the Humber River Basin Management Plan, a key document that informs Government and Environment Agency investment.
Our plan is a living document accessible via the link below. If you have any feedback then please let us know.
