Aire Catchment Network

The Aire Catchment Network brings together a wide range of groups, individuals and organistions to identify problems in our catchment, develop projects to address them and seek funding for those projects.
We are concerned with all aspects of the catchment, from water quality, through flooding, agriculture, education and engagement, recreation etc. Basically, if the activity affects the quality of the catchment, we are interested.

We are currently working to update the Catchment Plan which will guide our activity over the coming years. This is a critical piece of work for us and will contribute to the current revision of the Humber River Basin Management Plan, a key document that informs Government and Environment Agency investment.
