Litter picking equipment

Our useful contacts

Here is a directory of active groups that might be near to you so you can get involved.

St Ives, Harden   The Friends of St Ives have an active calender of events and are sociable and have fun while improving and protecting this old estate. All ages are welcome.

Bradford   The Friends of Bradfords Becks organises clean-ups of the beck and the streams that run into it. They run cultural events such as the ‘Becnic’ with music and food. FoBB monitors and intervenes in pollution incidents. It also sponsors education and arts projects.

Friends of the River Worth group is starting up with meetings on 27th Jan, 3rd Feb and 3rd March. The idea is to meet at Dalton Mill, go on a walk and do some litter picking. Phil will demonstrate Riverfly monitoring and then back to the café for chat.  You can contact them via Twitter at the moment @Phil_SheridanFF

ART supports these organisations in different ways.
