We couldn’t care for the Aire without volunteers.
Volunteering offers a huge range of rewards. Swap the rush of everyday life for the calmness of being by water. Meet new people or learn new skills.
Our volunteer programme is open to all. We pay volunteer travel expenses (45p / mile or a Day Rider ticket) and loan equipment to make volunteering safe and fun (such as safety boots). You can find the form to claim expenses at the bottom of this page.
We have a range of regular volunteer opportunities. Please get in touch if you want to discuss other volunteering roles.

Riverfly Monitors
help us understand the Aire
